Dynamic class schedule, events, seminars, and appointments

HERE YOU CAN FIND THE CURRENT CLASS SCHEDULES

Please make sure to check carefully which classes require prior registration. Registrations can be completed here via the website or through the MySports app.

On the left, you will find the different training areas. These are also always indicated in the class schedule. Please be on the respective training area 5 minutes before the class starts, fully changed and ready to train (hands wrapped, etc.). If you would like to use the “Open Gym,” please check in advance which areas are not occupied by a class.
